Introduced in 2004, the Cartier Tank Solo is a fresh interpretation of the original 1917 Cartier Tank, whose design was inspired by the rolling fortresses that dominated the battlefield during world war one. The design may be recent, but the details are definitely Cartier, from the Roman numerals to the sapphire cabochon.
